BOOKING YOUR HARVEST:
It is that time of the year when you need to be thinking about booking your harvest or just getting us to check your Truffiere if you have not produced any Truffles. We advise those people that have not found any Truffles to get their Truffiere checked at least once in June or early July and if nothing is found, then checked again in August.

Truffle Season 2007
Aussie Truffle Dogs have made a great, if not a little wet, start to the season. All our working dogs are spot on this year, everyone seems keen on the scent and are happy little hunters. A few pictures from our recent success.
