A story on how our business was formed and what we can do for your Truffiere, harvesting/dog training or supply of purpose bred puppies for the Truffle Industry.
BOOKING YOUR HARVEST:
It is that time of the year when you need to be thinking about booking your harvest or just getting us to check your Truffiere if you have not produced any Truffles. We advise those people that have not found any Truffles to get their Truffiere checked at least once in June or early July and if nothing is found, then checked again in August.

Services
PACKAGE A :
The provision of one 10 week old Welsh Springer Spaniel or Field Spaniel, who is microchipped, vaccinated, wormed for intestinal worms and registered with the Victorian Canine Association. This pup has also been assessed for its potential suitability for scent work and has been exposed to truffle scent. All pups are sold with a comprehensive sales agreement which protects both parties. Included with the puppy is an extensive information package containing registration certificate; vaccination and worming records; microchip registration transfer papers; breed specific information; feeding requirements; general training advice regarding barking, crate and toilet training, and other general training advice; grooming requirements; extended pedigree charts.
The price of the pup incorporates:
- Microchipping - $65.00
- Vaccination - $55.00
- Worming (Intestinal) - $30.00
- Socialisation - $100.00 (puppy kinder; school visits; noise/people/animal exposure)
- General husbandry - $100.00
- Registration costs - $27.50
- Structural evaluation and scent assessment - $100.00
- Miscellaneous vet bills (whelping and bitch care) - $100.00
- Feeding - $150.00

PACKAGE B:
Includes a detailed training manual, all initial training equipment and ongoing training support and problem solving via the internet, telephone and manuals.

PACKAGE C:
Contract scent team to suit your individual truffiere needs. Availability is dependent on bookings - bookings in advance essential. All our teams will sign a confidentiality/privacy contract to meet your requirements. The hourly rate of $60-00 per hour plus travelling of $0.75 per kilometre includes the handler and a number of dogs is current on the website.
PACKAGE D:
Training package for you and your own dog, which can be provided either on site or in house dependent on our trainers availablity. There are no guarantees with this package as our trainers are unable to control environment and suitability of your dog to do scent work.
