BOOKING YOUR HARVEST:
It is that time of the year when you need to be thinking about booking your harvest or just getting us to check your Truffiere if you have not produced any Truffles. We advise those people that have not found any Truffles to get their Truffiere checked at least once in June or early July and if nothing is found, then checked again in August.

Aussie Truffle Dogs is Australia's first registered Truffle Dog Breeding & Training Business. Aussie Truffle Dogs was formed to provide purebred registered working dogs to fill the harvesting needs of the truffle industry. Based on the Board of Directors knowledge and experience, we have carefully selected the Welsh Springer Spaniel and the Field Spaniel for its breeding and training program. These breeds have a track record of being level headed, responsive by their willingness to work and successful in scent discrimination and tracking. The quality of the dogs, coupled with the experience of the trainers, results in providing the industry with the best possible outcomes.
